Halloween is set to be a little bit different this year, but that doesn't mean you can't celebrate!

If you're planning on staying at home this spooky season, why not have a go at making some scary seasonal cocktails?

Here are four of our favourite recipes!

Ingredients

35ml Grey goose original
35ml Fresh pomegranate juice
10ml XO Cognac
10ml Creme de cassis
10ml clove-water​ (infuse 1 clove for 8 hours)​

Method

Mix together all of the ingredients in a black bottle and chill, preferably for a few hours, in the fridge. To serve, garnish with a blackberry on a pick.


Bat Blood Mojito

Ingredients

40ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum
20ml Blood orange Juice
20ml Lime Juice
2 tea spoons of caster sugar
6-10 mint leaves
2 dashed of Aromatic bitters
10ml Grenadine

Method

Dissolve the caster sugar with the BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum, blood orange juice and lime juice. Add in the mint leaves, dashes of aromatic bitters and crushed ice. Float with 10ml grenadine and garnish with a mint sprig.


Pumpkin Spiced Punch

Ingredients

200ml BACARDÍ Spiced
200ml cloudy apple Juice
80ml pumpkin spiced syrup
300ml breakfast tea
1-4 pinches of salt

Method

Fill the bottom of your pumpkin punch bowl with cubed ice. Pour all of the ingredients over the ice and gently stir. Serve this delicious potion to your guests in a highball glass, sit back and cackle over your amazing punch making skills


Viper Reviver

Ingredients

25ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml Blue Curacao
100ml Lemonade
2 Lemon wedges

Method

Mix all the ingredients together, then shake and strain into a coupette or highball glass. For the final touch, garnish with a bamboo leaf if you can get your hands on one.
