Coconutty Christmas cocktail
Add a tropical twist to traditional Christmas flavours with this coconutty cocktail
Ingredients
- 40ml Vanilla vodka
- 100ml Vita Coco coconut water
- 15ml Grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
- 3 drops of grapefruit bitters
- 3 drops of Ms. Betters Bitters
- Rosemary sprig and red & white stripy straw (optional)
Method
Step 1
Fill up the hi ball glass with cubed ice.
Step 2
Add vanilla vodka, Vita Coco water, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, drops of grapefruit bitters and drops of Ms. Betters bitters in shaker.
Step 3
Shake vigorously for 7 seconds and sieve into hi ball with ice.
Step 4
Garnish with rosemary.
