Campari starry spritz
This simple festive spritz uses puts a Christmas twist on a cocktail classic - Campari.
Ingredients
- ice
- 125ml Campari (4fl oz)
- 125ml Pomegranate juice (4fl oz)
- 300ml Prosecco or sparkling wine (1/2 pint)
- 80g pack of pomegranate seeds
- 4 sprigs mint to garnish
Method
Step 1
Divide the ice between the 4 glasses.
Step 2
Pour equal measures of Campari into each glass, top with pomegranate juice then fill to the top with prosecco.
Step 3
Stir and garnish each drink with the pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig.
